I Thought Selling Insurance Would Be Easy, But I’m Struggling. Need Advice.

Hey everyone, I need some honest advice. I recently started selling insurance, thinking it would be a great opportunity. I joined a company that’s well-known, has over 1.25 lakh agents, They can have access to more then 70% of insurance companies at our platform, and offers some of the best benefits Up to 90% discounts on car / commercial vehicle, insurance Instant commission (most companies make agents wait a month, Fast approvals (inspections done in just 30 minutes) Even Sunday support for agents who need help

I genuinely believe in this, but people just don’t trust me. I reach out, explain everything, and still get ignored or brushed off. Some even assume it’s a scam.

I’m starting to lose confidence. Is this normal in sales? f you’ve been in sales, how did you overcome this phase?

My managers are freaking me out, I have a target of 15 recruitments in March and I have achieved 1 only. cannot sleep at night. At least tell me few words to make my brain calm. Its running like hell.
