Give me idea for 100% cure from Sciatica

Since 10/2024 I have this pain it's very uncomfortable for my daily life also I get pain killer medicines like Pregabalin,Calcivita,Zerodol and some physiotherapy. The pain has highly reduced but sometimes when I walk around 1km I get pain in my rear thigh area.
