Can’t beat this guy

Hello I am a souls veteran. I have platinumed dark souls 3 and Elden ring and bloodborne.

I am finding Sekrio to be the most challenging fromsoft game so far. I am practice my parrying but I can’t beat this guy or the long swordsman in the tunnel near this area.

And honestly I’m pretty discouraged and close to calling it quits
