How much completion am I at after just reaching Fountainhead Palace?

Hi all, This is the first time I'm playing this game and I've just beat The True Corrupted Monk after reaching Fountainhead Palace. As this is my first time playing the game and since I just unlocked the Ashina Traveller achievement on steam, I am assuming I've completed all the rest of the areas, explored everything and killed all the other bosses and minibosses. I've clocked about 28 hours. And now I think the game is a bit short, which I could be wrong about. But, how much percentage completion am I approximately at to give me an idea of how much time I still have to spend in this beautiful game? I want it to be longer. Thanks.
