Dropped off the game and trying to pick up where I left off. Help on where to go next?

Trophy wise; this is where I’m at. Most recently defeated bosses are Genichiro Ashina and lady butterfly.

I put down the game for about a year due to house moves/life changes etc. and now I’m totally lost with where to go next?

I also feel like I need tips on somewhere I can go to train my skills up again before facing the next boss? But mainly, where do I go from here? Which area do I explore next? Which boss should I work towards next?
