Graphic parts in season 2 finale?

So I’m finally getting around to seeing the season 2 finale but I really struggle with seeing gore and from what I’ve gathered the finale has some gory bits? I was wondering if anybody could tell me what parts to look out for? So that I’m not watching the whole episode through my fingers🥲
