Stardew valley or valheim

I'm very interested in both games but I only have the time for one. Buying both is not an option right now. I frequently play and enjoy games like terraria, minecraft etc which are somewhat similar to valheim I think( not very familiar with valheim tbh) and I also enjoy games like ACNH or other laid back games once in a while.

I'm completely conflicted as to what to choose rn. I would like some amount of action but don't mind laid back although too much laidback would mean I get easily bored. Is stardew valley extensive enough with action for me to not get bored? Do i get stardew valley or valheim. Might be a dum question but I've been trying to reach a decision for the whole day.
