Help!!

Why won't these Solder chips melt?!

Are these not genuine silver? Is it my Flux? Too hot not hot enough? I thought maybe the pieces were too big but even the tiny one won't melt. I blasted them for a few solid minutes and they STILL won't flow!! Ugh.

Maybe I need a new torch? Or just only buy from RioGrande lol....I can't keep wasting product or ruining pieces and I'm not understanding what I'm doing wrong!
