Bakflip MX4 or GM hard trifold?

I'm ordering a hard trifold bed cover in the next week or so. I had settled on the Bakflip MX4 based on scores of online reviews and recommendations. But, GM has a 20% off deal going right now, so I can get the GM accessories hard trifold for $1120 vs $1300 for the Bakflip.

Is the Bakflip worth $180 more?
