japchae help
i see the japchae in the cooking menu but it won’t allow me to cook it. my girlfriend told me i have tk buy groceries but i don’t have the mods/packs for that and all other recipes it lets me just spend a certain amount of simoleons to cook the recipe. what do i do? 🧍🏼♀️i
