I cant find anything about this shoe

So I just got these Nike Shox 2:40 in a second hand shop and id like to know if theyre even real or just some random fake shoe, im not a sneaker guy but i really liked the way they look and im starting to actually try fashion haha.
Theyve also got 200MAIR on the side and the insole is a map of a marathon with times going all along it if that helps
