Goodbye Sony

Got the XM4s about 2 years ago. Loved them, but treated them badly. Eventually the hinge broke. I blamed myself because I didn’t treat em well and bought the XM5s about 3 months ago.

The XM5s I treated great. Made sure to be careful with em. They lasted 3 months. Support said it wasn’t covered under warranty. My next purchase will not be Sony.

Also yeah I see a lot of posts about this. Should have done more research before buying em.
