Why does it smell like death

I know it’s fine from false rise and then it has its weird period of smelling like hell itself, but I wanna know what’s going on in this sucker. It’s 7 days old and it’s smelling like (in the nicest way) throw up marinated in pee. Is it good? Is it growing the year finally?
