Help!

Well now what. I was in a giant retirement village. I really thought i had the delivery nailed down in the end. I got an incident notice that sounded like i got booted. Delivered to wrong door. But im still getting orders.
So one time in 500 making a mistake gets me booted. Damn. Any advice
