making an oc but you guys decide it (explanation in desc)

Someone will make a comment with details and I'll use those details to make an oc so I'll need skin color, gender, details,(on their body) extra, (hat/item) personality and powers, whichever comment I like most/top comment is chosen (it depends on how I'm feeling) alright you can comment
