How do you know when you bonus?

I was recently a print & marketing for 6 months & then stepped down but I know the first quarter that I worked being a sup, we didn’t bonus. & i had received a pay check stub for 0.00, During that time after the quarter had ended. I heard good things from my GM about the department when the second quarter came around. & I was sure we had bonused because I saw the bonus meter on our MPS & tried to study it. We checked out meeting the threshold for NPS & meeting weekly sales goals. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve stepped down, & I haven’t seen anything. Not even a $0.00 paycheck stub like I had seen previously. I was not prepared in any way to be a p&m sup that’s why I stepped down but I was the most in seniority for being at that store for 2 years. As you can see, I don’t know much. But any insight would be great.
