Trying to get my Switch save-file on PC

Hello I have been a long SV player on the Switch. Sadly I believe my console is nearing its end but I do not want to lose my save file I spent so much time on so I was thinking if I could transfer my SV file to my PC. Has anyone ever done this and might be able to help me? Do my achievements also carry over? Thank you for the help in advance!
