Alternative of Wise, Western Union for sending money from the USA to India

I'm looking to start a start-up that transfer money from the USA, to Europe to India. With almost no fees in the fastest way.

Would like to hear your opinion and suggestions, also the difficulty in these startups.

How to build trust in initial user is one of my concern right now.
