Having difficulties with the fellow founders

Hey everyone,

I’m one of four co-founders of a startup. Each of us brings unique strengths to the table, whether it’s technical expertise, marketing savvy, or strategic business insights. While this diversity is a big asset, it also creates significant friction in our decision-making process.

We often find ourselves arguing or having difficult conversations over seemingly minor issues, and honestly, it’s been draining on my mood and energy. Leaving the startup or finding new co-founders isn’t an option, so I’m trying to find ways to make this dynamic work.

We’ve attempted open discussions among ourselves, but it hasn’t helped much. Our professional backgrounds shape our thinking, and it’s hard to bridge those gaps.

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been through similar challenges in their startup journey. How did you manage to navigate different perspectives and keep the peace while staying productive?
