Will Steam Deck Randomly Delete Java?

So let me start off by saying when I say "java" I'm not referring to Minecraft lol. It seems like every online community out there thinks the term java means Minecraft for some reason. I am referring to the software used to execute .JAR files.

So a while ago I installed java on my steam deck so I could install neoforge, optifine, etc for Minecraft. I just went into the Konsole to double check what version of java I had installed and it says that I don't currently have it installed. I clearly did at one point because the programs I listed above (among others) are running perfectly without fail for years now. Just wondering if during an update the Steam Deck would have just deleted it for some reason and I'm not noticing until now???
