How does the community see Bison? Is he considered top tier, or OP even?

I have around 1,000 hours in this game, and I’ve never played any character other than Juri. I’m still in Plat 2. I suck. However, I tried Bison a few days ago, and I’m already in high Diamond. This character is so freaking fun, and my win rate is disgustingly good. I don’t even know any good combos or have looked any online; I just push buttons, do fun things and people die. Also, I play Classic.

My question is, is this character overly OP, or did I finally find a character that clicks with me? Or perhaps a little bit of both, lol.

What are your thoughts on this character?
