Having a hitch installed by U-Haul?

I've read some threads in other subs about having U-Haul install a hitch and they get mostly positive reviews, but I wanted to ask specifically in this sub, since I've got a 2020 Forester (Premium trim).

The one negative I hear is that since they won't be using OEM parts, you could change your clearance in the back of the vehicle if you have U-Haul do the install. Does anyone actually have experience using U-Haul for this work and having issues with clearance (or anything else) post-install?

Alternatively, anyone have a good experience they'd like to share? I'm really conflicted about what to do but need to make a decision soon. It might help to consider that having U-Haul do it will literally cost less than half of having a dealer do it with OEM parts ... but also, we all know you get what you pay for!
