I cant really decide. Need some advice or suggestions

I have accumulated enough to buy this dress but I also want to save more and buy a pair of wings, one of the wings which are costing 3000+ blue seashells

I really love this dress and it's so gorgeous on its own from the comp entries and posts I have seen, but I really don't have enough goth items and this dress alone might not be enough to get me a good score in comps.

But wings really help you a lot in fantasy themed competitions

What should I do?
