What is the most effective supplement you have ever taken?
Hi, I have read a few reddit posts about what is the best/most effective/go to supplement. I have always been a firm believer in the wisdom of crowds, so I read each post and totalled up the results for each supplement by how many individual comments mentioned them. Here they are:
40 - Magnesium
32 - Vitamin D
24 - Omega 3/fish oil
14 - NAC
14 - Ashwaghanda
14 - L theanine
10 - Lions mane
10 - Vitamin B12
10 - Vitamin K2
8 - Taurine
7 - GABA
6 - Creatine
5 - Lithium oranate
4 - CBD
4 - Vitamin C
4 - Q10
4 - Glycine
Then there were a lot only mentioned 3 times, 2 and so on.
The results aren't surprising as Vitamin D deficiency and Magnesium deficiency are so common so you would thing a lot of people might benefit from taking them.
