So many people in this sub complaining of depression like symptom after trying a supplement (including me)
Ever stop to think that you don’t actually need what you’re taking?
After a chat with grok, I cut caffeine, and took supplements back to multi v and high dose fish oil.
Never felt better.
The myriad of things I tried in the past in included:
Ashwaganda Tongkat Ali Magnesium&zinc Passion fruit extract Vit d +others
Pretty much all either gave me depression after a week, or over stimulated me to the point of depression after a week.
I had bloods done, I wasn’t deficient in anything.
I might try tongkat again once caffeine withdrawal finally ends. But I’ve got a feeling, there are many people out there who actually don’t need any of this stuff and probably just need some excercise, healthy diet, and an organised life.
