Bodytech brand too good to be true ?

I was at my local Vitamin Shoppe, and the clerk informed me that bodytech is made by the same company that makes optimum nutrition, but their products are much cheaper. Is this too good to be true or is it really the truth? Anyone had experience with the bodytech brand?
