Online membership game packs on modded switch

Can i play the gameboy, snes, n64 etc. games with a modded switch? I'm not really sure since you would normally need a membership to be able to play this, but I saw that roms were available for these on a website I use. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how do you do it?
