Will I get the dividends?

I bought TRCH stock on 6/17 and knew nothing about the merging and dividend. I still keep my shares until now, so do I get the dividend? Somebody said that you have to buy TRCH stock on 6/22 when they were on sale in order to get the dividend. Is that true?
