Bsc. Aerospace Application still at step 0

As an international applicant, I had submitted my application to Delft in early December 2024 for a Bsc. in Aerospace Engineering. However, my application still says it is on Step 0 out of 2. Is this in issue with my application or do they usually take this long to evaluate applications?
