Is it considered up-badging?

I’m considering changing out the grill on my 2024 TRD OR for a more TRD Pro styled grill as pictured. I love the way it looks but I also don’t want to come across as a dweeb.

I know I know… do what you like etc but I also don’t want to do anything that will affect re-sale or deflate my huge ego.

Lastly, this is not knocking anyone that’s done this because I’ll probably end up doing it. Thoughts?
