burnt out

i’m fulfilment “pacesetter” which of course means getting work load dumped on me when my the TL isn’t there with no extra pay. i’ve only been here a year, and i really do have great pick times and such, but why are none of the other FF tms held to the same standard at all? i’m tired of stopping what i’m doing to approve INFs for free while the TLs sit on their ass. it’s like im being kept here with promises of a promotion but no one’s actually taking any steps towards it. i’ve worked my ass off, i really don’t want to switch targets, nor do i want to have to get another job, but it gets to a point. i feel hated by my peers now that im expected to tell them what to do.
