how to turn down a tattoo trade offer without offending?

ok as it states in the title lol, what’s a nice way to go about telling someone no thank you when they ask to do a tattoo trade with you? whether it’s because you don’t love their style or just need the money.. idk i just don’t want to offend other artists or make it awkward!… any suggestions for respectful responses?
