Is AUS store legit?

I ordered a grey quarter zip from the official Australian store since I couldn't get one at my US show. The item was marked to ship on November 29th but it keeps pushing and now the product listing says December 15th. I understand shipping delays but l've also emailed them and haven't heard back for weeks, but when I email the US store they reply instantly. Has anyone had an issue with the AUS store? (Shipping to Canada).

I also recently ordered 2 shirts from the US store and they’ve already shipped and delivered since they had that big on site sale.
