Need help here

Is there anyplace or someone that can give a real guide to helping me get better at the game because half of the time it’s just get better they say or learn to Econ. But I started playing and climb fast but right now yeaaahhhh not doing so good . Was really close to plat and just drop I wanted to know where I could learn thing to get better or some good guide that explain correctly more than just throwing term left and right . Thanks a lot
