was thinking about smth and this ques came in my head

is it even true that guys (girls may also answer) find introverted and shy girls, nice . like do you like these girls ? or are they just things we see in movies ? or you jus find them boring

was surfing internet and saw some people telling to never date a girl (or boy) with trauma (the post was about mainly girls) whats your thoughts on this? is it ick ? cuz i couldnt understand why.
