Two options: Block every suspect PC player, or disable cross play

It saddens me to have to start doing this but finding about all the cheats available to PC players and all the loopholes they have around things has really opened my eyes. I'm an Xbox player and generally, the player base on Xbox at high level is really small, so I'm sort of forced to turn on crossplay or wait around a bit for a match otherwise.

I'm regularly on Discord communities for lots of different character servers that interest me and even among people I interact with regularly, some of them are letting slip that they profit from cheats one way or another. I immediately disregard their rank and lose all respect for them as soon as I find out they've abused the system one way or another. Some examples of things I've seen mentioned:

I don't understand it completely but from what I've heard of Tekken Overlay, it's basically having frame data put on the screen in front of you. Training wheels for knowing what punish to use in a game seems like a sell out and cheating on people who have done things the honest way, spending hours labbing. Seems a popular one in the gold ranks.

Using Macros. Fear not, Mishimas will never miss that perfect electric anymore with the wisdom and execution difficulty of pressing one button on a keyboard. Someone on the Paul discord let slip in the past that they'd programmed a macro to do the 32 sway death fist wall ender as well.

Plugging. Plugging had become less common after Namco introduced the punishment for it, but it turns out there's still a loophole around it on PC now and they're just getting away with it, and they've found a work around where the % disconnection isn't even changing, so it's not like you can even avoid this guys in advance on the loading screen.

Perfect throw breaks and auto low parries are everywhere as well, and I'll typically encounter at least two of these guys over a three hour session. They WERE really easy to detect in the past, but now it seems the cheats have gotten more sophisticated and a player can programme these to set off to a % to make it seem more realistic.

So yeah, sorry to the innocent PC players, but I am just not willing to take the risk anymore. It saddens me to disable cross play / block suspected cheaters so frequently who are ruining the experience for everyone. Even in QUICK MATCH ffs, quick match... I've found cheaters. JUST WHY???
