how do bags work?

Alright so I read somewhere on this reddit that you need 10% of a tour's trophies count to gain its cards

I am currently at tour 6, have 450 trophies with 50/500 trophies in t6 All Gucci?

Also, do t6 cards show up in t5 bags? Or should I farm t6 bags for t6 cards?
