Tesla cancelled my order but didn’t refund my ordering fee.

Last year, I ordered a Model X, but they were unable to build the design I wanted and subsequently canceled my order.

I received an email from them stating: “As a reminder, we kindly request that you update your Model X design, as we do not build the configuration you originally selected. To update your design, please sign in to your Tesla Account and select ‘Update Design’ by February 8, 2024. If we have not heard from you by February 8, 2024, we will assume that you no longer wish to purchase a vehicle. We will automatically cancel your order and refund your order fee.”

While I have received the deposit money back, it has been some time and I still haven’t received the order fee refund. I have tried calling them numerous times, waiting over two hours each time, but I have not been able to speak with a representative. I also attempted a chargeback, but I lost because the email I received was deemed insufficient evidence.

Any ideas as to what to do next?
