The problem with Sirius stations starting from beginning of song/show

I love having the Sirius app but its really annoying starting every song/show from beginning every time you tune to a channel. I get the usefulness, but if you go to a channel that has a 3 hour long show, you're stuck listening from the start. I know their mobile apps have this feature, but they also allow you to go live.

Has anyone found a workaround(besides bluetooth) or are we stuck waiting for an update?
