First time ever. Solo travel

I'm a 33 year old black/puerto rican male from hawaii looking for advice from experienced traveller's. Flight and hotel is already booked so that headache is over with. Will $3000 be enough for a 2 week vacation. Not much of a drinker. Just wanna learn some culture, eat some good thai food, workout, and maybe do some muay thai. Very excited for this trip.
