Noir's death makes me think about quitting the show
You have probably all heard it. The way Noir's story concluded was unsatisfying as fuck. Kripke more or less confirmed that his death was a, basically, last minute decision and that they did it for the sake of shock value. Kripke says that it felt natural because Noir lied to Homelander and "actions have consequences" but when was it shown that Noir knew that Homelander was Soldier Boy's son? Edgar just told him that Vogelbaum planned to replace SB with a child. Nothing else. In Earving's eyes it could have just been some random kid they injected with Compound V.
Anyway, I seriously think about quitting this show. Noir was one of my favorite characters. Now, I am not mad just because they killed him off. But the unsatisfying way they killed him off is what makes me angry and sad.
