Swamped

Was told by a colleague today they are stuck with a case load of 100 plus people....OK but where's the quality in that?! Meant to be helping people find work not drowning in other peoples admin. They fucked with my mates lunch hour and he wasn't happy! Attendance in the office has been shockingly bad over the past week. Senior Management either on holiday or taking long lunches while the rest of us fight fires. Out of a team of around 30 there must have been around 10 of us to cover it all. We were THIS close to closing down today. I'll keep you all posted. Its a clusterfuck.
