Job opportunities past retail?

essentially as above. my partner is in cannabis just working as a bud tender right now. obviously the pay isn't amazing, so they're looking for other chances to expand into the cannabis industry. where would be the best places to look? how can I help? would rep work be something worth looking into? what are some good companies I should look out for?
