Who would you like to see a Simpsons spinoff of (you can’t pick anyone in the family so no Grampa or Patty & Selma)

If they were to do a spin-off I’d love a prequel series about Moe and his career as a boxer and how he became a bartender or maybe one about Milhouse and he maybe moves away and is miserable in the first episode because he misses Bart and maybe he unintentionally pulls the greatest prank in school and becomes really popular like in the episode where they talk about Bart’s first day of school and he’s initially miserable and then becomes popular for making fun of Principal Skinner.
