KOR-UPS shipping line

Is anyone else having trouble with their haul being stuck in Kentucky customs? The package gets a scan everyday but isn’t being dispatched. I called and asked if documentation was needed and they said no. I shipped at the end of February and it should’ve arrived sometime last week.
