Can the Group Circle on Session 1 Predict the Winner?

As I'm drawing a Wild Life art piece, I noticed a patern in the group circle they stand in every first episode. Every winner (except for Real Life) is next to either Grian (the creator of the series) or next to the first person out.

Third Life: Is Grian

Last Life: Scott is next to Grian

Double Life: Pearl is next to Grian

Limited Life: Martyn is next to Jimmy (First Out)

Secret Life: Scar is next to Lizzie (First Out)

Wild Life: Joel is next to Mumbo (First Out)

While you can't really predict the winner from day one if the winner is next to someone who is the first out, I still just think this is a funny coincidence.
