Being Online
I feel that I spend way too much time on the internet. In many respects, I miss the era of my university years, when the internet existed (and was useful for communicating with people, getting news, looking up information) but wasn't something you could ever spend all day on.
How the times have changed!
Anyway, I've decided to try an experiment in my new place: I am not getting internet here.
It's not a complete cutoff: I have my phone (with a very limited data plan; thankfully Old Reddit doesn't require too many bytes), and I can always do serious research at the office if needed. But my internet access is seriously limited compared to before.
What do you think? Do you spend too much time online? Could you live without a regular connection?
