How to reach TikTok if you think they've stolen your money? (lol?)

Hi all. Long story short, we paid to boost a video for our company page. Probably a big waste of time and cash, but we did it. Usually a boosted video is shown on the dashboard page with the results of the campaign being tracked in real time. However, this time the video is not there. We have triple checked. This has never happened to us before (that I am aware of). So we reached out to TikTok through the app (as they instruct), and of course, no one answered. Not surprising, given that they have never responded when we had previous questions or issues. We also tried reaching out to an email we found online, only to get a form letter back telling us to submit it in the app, which we did to no response... again.

Charging us for a campaign that doesn't seem to be running is concerning, and it's not a good look for them. Unlike every other company on earth, TikTok's employees are apparently unreachable. However, as a company, they can't just take money for services left un-rendered because that is "fraud".

All it would take is for one person to take a look at what happened. It's clearly just a bug in the system and could likely be fixed in seconds. But it's impossible to get a response from anyone. We really don't want to go through the rigamarole of getting a legal team involved since we are sure this is an oversight, but we also aren't gonna forget about it just because TikTok doesn't seem to like people. Unfortunately, no one it getting back to us. Can someone offer a suggestion?
