Tiktok Owes me a LOT of Money

My original account was banned for some reason a couple of years ago. I made a new one. The new one was shut down in March 2024, and I had over 12k followers, but I wasn't t in the creator program yet. Amazingly, my old one became available for me to use again - with zero followers, but all my old content is still there. I did a handful of lives with the current account while crafting and talking about cosplays/conventions. I wasn't too experienced on live, but do have legit fans who pay top dollar for my sfx wounds after I take them off at cons, so it isnt out of the realm of possibility that I got gifts and didn't know, but I could even find the chat. I didn't have my Paypal set up for payouts because I'm below 1k followers, but I got over 70 1099-misc in all different amounts for "royalties" earned from tiktok. It is a significant amount of money, and I'm trying to get a hold of a human to help me. I've put in several help tickets on the app and have emailed support multiple times. I've talked to a person at support once after flipping out over an AI response to my email. Knowing there are tax forms out there means that I now have a tax burden for money I never received.
