Planning to buy tomorrow- how should I negotiate

Met with sales today and took a test drive, loved the car but the dealer add ons seem insane. How would you negotiate? Already planning to strike the car doc line items. Super limited inventory here but this has been on the lot 24 days. Dealer quote and window sticker in post.
